The REP offers one-to-one coaching programmes to support the ongoing development of dealership staff and managers.
Our Personal Development Programme includes individual and includes emotional intelligence profiling and lifestyle assessments. Coaching sessions focus on:
- Interpreting and providing detailed feedback relating to emotional and physical wellbeing
- Exploring what the results mean for the individual and identifying the implications, especially for their performance at work
- Supporting people to introduce and maintain any changes that they wish to make, in how they manage themselves and how they relate to other people at work and at home.
