Organisational development focuses primarily on management, leadership and strategy including:
- All aspects of recruitment including the development and delivery of assessment centres
- Induction and training
- Capacity building
- Succession planning
- Recognising, coaching and developing future managers and leaders.
This element of the REP combines training content with tailored fact-finding through staff workshops and interviews to discover what organisations need to do to get from ‘where they are now’ to ‘where they want to be’. This includes thinking about the current and future size and structure of the organisation, and the mix of skills and experience that staff need.
