Our professional development programme provides a unique learning and development opportunity for staff to improve skills, knowledge and expertise relevant to their role. It includes group training, ‘on the job’ observation and one-to-one coaching and mentoring. It is suitable for any role but particularly relevant to managers and future leaders.
REP Leadership coaching helps managers and future managers to understand what ‘leadership’ means and supports them in developing and using leadership skills and behaviours such as decision making, delegation and supporting their staff. Coaches work on a one-to-one basis with managers to focus on working through specific challenges and addressing current concerns.
