This element of the REP focuses on building and developing teams that:
- Are stable and resilient
- Work well with others
- Are well-managed and well-led
- Give dealership staff a positive experience of work
- Perform well and deliver good experiences for customers
- Are up for change and innovation.
It combines team training with in-depth input and support for managers. We look, for example, at how managers can recognise and reward the strengths of teams and team members, and how staff and managers can create opportunities for Sales and Aftersales teams to work more closely together and improve performance.
